Luis Benedito first moved to Naples and established residence in late 1999. The new millennium seemed like the perfect reason for a change, and Luis found Naples to be the perfect city for him both professionally and socially.
Real estate was the ideal profession in order to be an active player in Naples growth. Over the next nearly 20 years this decision has proven time after time to have been a tremendous choice.
As a full time real estate professional since 2003, Luis has worked representing both national and international investors, buyers and sellers. Luis believes in transparency and communicating every aspect of the transaction in order to best protect his clients’ interests. His knowledge and approach to the real estate business has produced a long record of successful transactions, generated personal referrals, and repeated business.
Luis’ experience has motivated him to train and instruct his team so that they will apply these same principles in order to insure the highest level of services to the client.
When not working in real estate, Luis can be found actively enjoying one of the many beautiful Naples beaches, participating in his two children activities, socializing with friends, or traveling.
